Food for the Monks
Tong, our guide, purchased food for the Monks so that we could offer it to the Monks before we began our day at the Tiger Temple. We had to stand on the other side of a table and put the food in the Monk's bowl with both hands until we had no more food left...and there were no more Monks. Women are not allowed to touch Monks.
The Monks had told Tong previously that they were tired of Thai food and they wanted "Western" food, so Tong bought sweets and juice boxes for them. I love Thai food.
